Rodolfo is a leading expert in driver risk mitigation and head of the North American Fatigue Management Program (NAFMP). Since joining CVSA in 2021 to oversee the NAFMP’s growth and operation, he has built on a professional relationship with the Alliance that spans over three decades. Rodolfo has trained thousands of transportation professionals across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico on mitigating fatigue in a high-pressure industry. Previously, as general manager of Alertness. Pro, he spent seven years delivering specialized training to motor carriers and commercial drivers to improve safety and operational performance.
