2024 Highway Hero Award

The New Jersey Motor Truck Association wants to recognize and honor the many professional truck drivers - unsung heroes - who have acted selflessly for the good of others during their workday.

The event must have happened between May 1, 2023 - May 1, 2024.

Awards will be presented at the Truck Driving Championships & Safety Award Banquet at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on the evening of June 2nd.

Up to 5 awards will be given each year.

If you are in need of hotel reservations we have a block of rooms at Harrah’s Resort, Atlantic City. The ABSOLUTE DEADLINE for these room rates is MAY 1, 2024.  After MAY 1st reservations/rates will be subject to availability.

ROOM RATES: May 31st $199, June 1st $249, June 2nd $99 - rates are subject to applicable resort fees and government room taxes. Check-In time is 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
