Volunteers are asked to please arrive promptly for the judges’ meetings to help ensure a smooth and successful event. The Pre-Trip Judges Meeting will be held on Saturday, May 30th at 1:00 PM, and the Skills Course Judges Meeting will take place on Sunday, May 31st at 7:30 AM. Your timeliness is greatly appreciated and plays an important role in keeping the competition running efficiently. When judges do not arrive on time, it can delay the proper placement of judges on the course and impact the overall start and flow of the competition. ALL Volunteers Welcome!
